ASHWAGANDHA:
ASHWAGANDHA
(Artifex Amans)
Ash is an artist in mind, body, and soul. A seeker devoted to beauty, symbolism, and the invisible threads of fate that guide us all. They believe timing is sacred, destiny is real, and every soul carries a purpose waiting to be uncovered. Ash’s purpose has always been creation: sometimes through pencils, sometimes through tarot and divination. Whether working with canvas or cards, their art is ultimately about revelation — bringing hidden truths into the light.
Their visual work explores a dreamlike, semi-erotic world filled with rich color, surreal proportions, mythic symbolism, and Quixote-like fantasy. What began as an early fascination with fashion design evolved into a lifelong study of the human form and the divine beauty it carries. Initially, the body served as a vessel for clothing and ornamentation, but over time Ash discovered the true masterpiece was the form itself: vulnerable, sacred, emotional, and deeply alive. Inspired by surrealism, mysticism, folklore, and their travels, their work often blurs the line between fantasy and devotion, balancing sensuality with spirituality in equal measure. Strange proportions? Impossible perspectives? Perhaps. Though Ash insists that was entirely intentional.
Having studied tarot for over twenty years, divination has become second nature to them. A deck of cards is rarely far from reach, and if they are not holding a tarot deck or sketchbook, they are likely holding someone’s hand in comfort, guidance, or healing. Ash believes spiritual knowledge belongs to everyone, not just the initiated, and approaches their practice with compassion, openness, and reverence for the unseen. Their readings are deeply intuitive and rooted in the belief that the divine speaks constantly through symbols, patterns, dreams, and synchronicities.
As a spiritual practitioner, Ash is experienced in tarot, scrying, divination, palmistry, reiki, pendulum work, séance practice, and Vedic astrology. These spiritual disciplines are not separate from their artistic life but woven directly into it — appearing repeatedly in their imagery, symbolism, and creative philosophy. Every piece they create and every reading they give is approached as both an act of artistry and an act of devotion: a chance to help others reconnect with destiny, beauty, and themselves.
