Turn Intention Into Action: Manifestation Made Easy

You may have heard the word “manifest” before, but what exactly does that mean? Manifestation is defined as “to show clearly through signs and actions.” Which is a great definition when you’re speaking about secular things, however spiritual manifestation is a little different. While scientists can explain, or even outright refuse to acknowledge the metaphysical, sometimes things happen that we just can’t explain. To experience something bizarre unintentionally is exciting or sometimes scary, but to “manifest” that same experience is empowering and…also a little scary!

Humans can be considered both in and out of the animal kingdom. Yes, we share traits with animals and have a common ancestor, but there are fundamental things that make us different. You may hear of pigs, octopi, or elephants making art or solving puzzles, but without the information received from the divine, humanity wouldn’t be where it is today. For better or for worse, humans have succeeded in colonizing Earth and soon beyond Her. Along the way however, we’ve lost touch with our natural instincts, the divinity that blessed us, that fills our bodies with souls and defines our fate, has quickly been forgotten or bastardized by the flawed nature of humans. While we are blessed with the divine and divine energy runs through us, we often make mistakes on the way down our path. Only when we recognize the futility in living without acknowledging the cosmic forces that define us can we progress beyond selfish needs.

What’s the difference between manifestation and a wish? They’re almost the same thing, however a wish is haphazardly created and forgotten, while manifestation is a wish that has not only intention, but energy, and determination as well. The key here is intention. Intent is the desire and actions with the purpose of achievement. For an analogy, an elephant can paint a picture, apparently so could Jackson Pollock. (debatable) Both paintings might look similar, however the elephant has been taught a trick and Pollock painted with the INTENTION of creation.

Manifestation is actually pretty easy to accomplish, however results may vary. Sometimes things don’t work out despite your best efforts. This doesn’t mean you’re lacking or not deserving of the thing you’re trying to manifest, but rather it’s a sign that the universe has other plans. Sometimes manifestation takes a little while to work, divine timing is absolute. Things and people come into your life when you are spiritually ready and willing. If anything, the hardest part of manifestation is the belief in it.

To manifest one has to have a clear intention in mind. Half thought ideas will NOT work. When manifesting you have to be 100% certain what you want is truly what you want. Define it. You might ask, “Ash, if manifestation is so easy, why doesn’t everyone do it? We could all win the lottery or find true love down the street, or even lose weight overnight! Why doesn’t that work?” That’s because you must manifest things that align with your higher cause, and that is in the realm of belief. I could wish and “manifest” winning the lottery, but I would need to TRULY believe that I was going to win. A more talented spiritualist might be able to manifest a million dollars for themselves, but alas, I have never had such success. (Or else I’d be paying someone to write this blog!) However, when I manifest something achievable and believable, I always get it.

Promises aside, the key to manifestation is belief. Like faeries, belief in them helps them survive and grow stronger. The more you believe in your cause, the better chances you have of making that belief a reality. Belief, intention, and casting. these are the first three steps of manifestation. You must believe what you manifest will be the best path for you to follow, you must intend for that belief to come true, and you must ask the universe to send that blessing your way. There are many ways to go about doing this, however for me the easiest way is to state your intention out loud, bring your energies to as high of a frequency that you can. (This takes a little practice but once you get the feel for it it becomes second nature.) Once you feel your energy say what you want, asking politely is suggested as you never want to assume the universe will give you blessing when the way you act deserves curses. As you speak, push that energy into your words and say it out loud. Once you’ve finished your ritual, move on with your life with the belief that if it’s meant to happen, it will.

More conventional ways to manifest include the 369 method or the 33×3 method. Both of these are tedious for me, so I choose not to do them, however, they may be more easy for beginners so I will include the technique here:

369 Method- each morning write your intention on paper three times. Then in the afternoon, write it six times, and yep, if you predicted writing it nine times in the evening, you’re correct. (if you didn’t, we may have a bigger fish to fry…)

33×3 method-this method is by far the most abhorrent to me because I hate writing. (Ironic now that I’ve started a blog.) The technique is simple: write your intention 33 times for 3 days.

Using any of these methods will work when combined with affirmations and visualizations. Act like you’ve already achieved your goal, and you’re more likely to bring

Often when manifesting you can get discouraged, but don’t be. The universe is infinite and the divine is mysterious. We humans can only know so much about it, and we have forgotten our ties to it. With a little practice, manifestation is possible and achievable. That being said, congrats! You’ve manifested something and now you’re officially a practitioner now!
